A Charming Stay in a Convenient Spot
helpful staff clean room coffee facilities
The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and well-kept, I found it very comfortable. The modern bathroom had good fittings (the shower was particularly good!). I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a great touch.
I noticed some noise from the street, especially in the mornings. It wasn't unbearable, but earplugs might be useful for light sleepers. I'd recommend asking for a room away from the main road.
Rooms
9/10
The room had a comfortable double bed with fresh linens. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. The provided fan kept the room cool.
Dining
8/10
While there isn't a full restaurant, breakfast service had a selection of cereals, pastries, and fruit. Hot beverages were readily available (I especially enjoyed the cappuccino). A small, yet satisfying, offering.
Location
10/10
The bus stop right outside provides easy access to major attractions. The nearby tube station offers further connections across the city. I appreciated the area's safety and accessibility.
Service
9/10
The reception staff assisted with directions and local information. They were always cheerful and ready to help. The check-in process was simple and efficient.
Facilities
9/10
Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and worked without issue. The hotel offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. These amenities definitely added to the convenience of my stay.

Simple stay near Wembley
easy check-in great value convenient location
Self check-in was straightforward. I received a call before arrival. It confirmed my arrival time and also made sure everything was in order. I appreciated this personal touch (it's not something you always get). The location suited my needs well, with pubs and supermarkets nearby.
The bar was closed due to new owners taking over.
Facilities
9/10
On-site parking was available, and I used a code for access, this added an extra layer of security and convenience. The hotel provides a code for entry, so there is no need to worry about late returns after events.
Dining
8/10
A pub is located just across the road from the hotel, this made breakfasts and dinners convenient and affordable. I could easily grab a meal without traveling far (especially after a long day).
Service
10/10
The host was super friendly, and this. Staff was helpful and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant stay. The owner provided great hospitality.

the room was exactly what i expected.
the cleaner tried opening the door early in the morning without knocking. this happened three times even after i told them i was still inside. i found this quite intrusive and unprofessional, especially since i still had almost three hours before checkout time.

I found only one electrical outlet easily accessible near the desk.

bus stop free wi-fi coffee selection
The bus stop was really close, and I walked to the underground train stop in minutes. The room had free Wi-Fi and it worked. It also had a kettle, cups, tea and coffee. The room was kept very clean. I'm thankful.
The room faced the street, and some noise filtered in at night. I am grateful it wasn't too loud though.
